By using the Site, completing the quiz, or booking a call, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.
The Site offers a free educational quiz that produces a Teacher Retirement Score and the option to schedule a free Score Review call with a licensed insurance professional. The score is an educational estimate based solely on the answers you provide. It is not a guarantee of any outcome and is not a substitute for your official CalSTRS benefit statement.
Content on the Site is for general educational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes investment, tax, or legal advice, and no fiduciary relationship is created by your use of the Site. You should consult your own qualified advisors before making financial decisions. The Site and your score are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or reliance on any score or information provided. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred dollars ($100).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Ventura County, California.
